Terms & Conditions

Eligibility & Accepted Items

Only plain gold (without gemstones or diamonds) is accepted. Gold coins, biscuits, or bars are also valid.

Exchange Options

Old gold can be exchanged for any Gahna Kothi jewellery — gold, diamond, gemstone, or platinum.

Deductions

0% deduction on diamond-studded jewellery. 4% deduction on unstudded jewellery purchases.

Payment

You can buy jewellery of equal or higher value and pay the difference via card or cash.

Processing

A declaration form must be signed acknowledging the weight and purity check. Melting consent is required.

Guarantee

Items under this program are not eligible for a 15-day return. Lifetime Exchange policy applies.

Purity

Only jewellery of 14Kt or higher is eligible for exchange.
